Across the country, thousands of trained NAMI volunteers bring peer-led programs to a wide variety of community settings. With the unique understanding of people with lived experience, these programs provide outstanding free education, skills training and support.
NAMI Family-to-Family
NAMI Family-to-Family is a class for families, partners and friends of individuals with mental illness. The course is designed to facilitate a better understanding of mental illness, increase coping skills and empower participants to become advocates for their family members. WRAP
A FREE Wellness Recovery Action Plan course for individuals in recovery from mental illness and looking for a personal self-directed guide to daily living. This free class runs weekly on Thursday evenings for 8 weeks. Classes are ongoing throughout the year. You just need to call to register. Learn More

NAMI LGBTQ+ Connection Recovery Support Group is a free, peer-led support group for LGBTQ+ adults living with mental illness. You will gain insight from hearing the challenges and successes of others, and the groups are led by NAMI-trained facilitators who have been there.
